Hi. We're Morris and Steph from Perth WA. We are a recently retired couple and have been busier than ever enjoying time with family, travel (within Australia and overseas), and enjoy keeping fit with exercise including tennis, kayaking, walking etc. We are looking forward to spending more time with our family in Melbourne. We have no pets and have a small, easy care garden. Our home is lock and leave. We are looking to do a house swap preferably no more than 20kms from Melbourne CBD. Our town house is located on the doorstep of the lovely Swan Valley region, approx. 30 kms from Perth CBD. It is an easy drive to the city, Perth's beautiful beaches and the local wine region, as well as many other attractions. We are also open to a car swap.

Our home is a two story, three bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse with easy access via a large double garage. The main bedroom and ensuite, kitchen and living areas are all on the ground floor which makes for easy living for a couple without having to climb stairs.
The home features wooden floorboards, two fireplaces a lovely outdoor area at the rear and a cozy nook at the front door for morning coffees or for just watching the world go by.
