Kath and Greg are empty-nester retirees. Kath worked in medical administration and still works in her hobby business as a marriage celebrant and Greg was an engineer but now plays golf as much as he can. We also both help our Adelaide based grown up kids with their houses and grandkids. One of the kids and his 2 kids live in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, sharing custody with their mother. We are wannabe travelers but haven't done much yet since retiring except for a trip to Italy and Scotland in late 2023.

Our 2019 penthouse apartment is in the CBD with 180-degree views over the east parklands, the eastern suburbs and the Adelaide hills. It overlooks the Gluttony and the Garden of Unearthly Delights festivals and also the Supercar racetrack. It is in short walking distance of many bars and restaurants in Adelaide's East End and Hutt Street precincts. Adelaide Oval and the Festival Theatre are a pleasant 25-minute walk in summer and a cheap Uber in winter.
The master bedroom has a King bed and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a separate laundry if you need it and 2 good-sized terraces. We have an office but that will be full of clutter. One undercover fob secured car park in a neighbouring building would be available for your use.
