We are a single parent professional household of 2 children, 1 Bernese Mountain dog and 1 tabby kitten. We make the most of living in our beachfront property. We enjoy bike riding, team and water sports, country or beach walks and getting out for delicious food.

Beach front house with gorgeous bay views from Mornington to the city. 20m walk to the dog friendly quiet beach, Moondah Beach. Perfect all year around, summer lay by the beach and come home to a BBQs on the balcony. Winter spend the day touring the many Mornington Peninsula wineries or the Hot Springs and return to a log fireplace and a candlelit dinner. Quick 5 min drive to the local restaurants and shops, Mount Eliza hosts a number of artisan and boutique clothing stores. 10 mins drive to Mornington main st and close to endless activities for all ages from golf, horse riding, bush walks to tree surfing and kids adventure parks. The house is art deco style across 3 storeys, conveniently designed to provide adults and kids spaces to relax and enjoy. The bottom floor is designed as a parents retreat or could be used as a kids rumpus/sleeping with king size bed, dressing area, fireplace, sofa and TV. A second king-size bedroom overlooking the ocean, a double bunkbed with sofa and gaming space and a finally a 4th single bed with trundle.
