House Swap with us

We are a family of 4 who like exploring new places. I work in medical devices, my husband is a teacher and the girls are 14 and 12 years old. We have a 4 year old Moodle and we are looking at holiday options that can accommodate all five of us. Our timing options are limited to school holidays only.

The House

The House

Two-story family home located in Crows Nest, just 3kms from the harbour (an easy walk if you're so inclined). We have three bedrooms and a decked backyard, which is great for BBQs and outdoor living.

The house is located roughly between both the villages of Crows Nest (500mtr walk) and Cammeray.

Crows Nest has a really extensive range of restaurants, bars and shops, while Cammeray is smaller, but has cafes and shopping.

We are also just 3kms from the harbour, 5kms from Balmoral and 10kms from Manly, so easy access to the activities around water and the beaches as well.

We have a small dog, with a fully fenced backyard, so our home is dog friendly.

The things we love about living here

  • We lead a very social lifestyle, so love wandering to Crows Nest, Cammeray and the emerging restaurant-scene of North Sydney for dinner.
  • We are walkers, so love to head to various spots around the harbour to walk and take in the views (Coal Loader, Cremorne Point, Lavender Bay etc).
  • The kids love to head to Balmoral after school or on weekends, and being just 5kms, makes it super easy to get a dip in before dinner.
  • Also, having so many public transport options so close by makes it a quick trip into the CBD for the theatre, restaurants or galleries.
