We are a family of 5, with three teenage kids. We are looking to swap houses with families in New Zealand as we have family there and like to visit. We are also open to travelling to other countries.

Welcome to our beautiful beach house in Bronte. It is a lovely 1920s character home in a beautiful tree lined street only minutes walk to the beach and coastal walk.
Buses to Bondi junction go every 10 minutes, we are 6km to the city centre.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 with king or queen beds and one single.
There are multiple living spaces, back garden and courtyard with pool.
The house has reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs. It stays cool downstairs in summer with gas heating for winter.
