We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). We are looking to relocate back to Sydney in Dec 24/Jan 25 where we have extended family. We are looking to house swap for our first 12+ months to see how we like it there (without the need to sell our home in Brisbane just yet). Our kids are 17 and 14 (boy and girl). Our son will be starting university in 2025 and our daughter will be in Grade 10. They both lovew their soccer and play at academy level. My husband and I are both professionals. I work in the health industry and my husband is in the development industry. Our home is absolutely beautiful. It is 4 years old and is a spacious entertainer's dream. The block is 1200 sq m. The house is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 living area home. It has polished concrete floors and has all the space anyone could want. We are about 13 km from the CBD of Brisbane with a major Westfield's shopping centre and parks / walking tracks in walking distance. The train station is a 14 min walk away and super convenient into the city. The Gold Coast is a 1hr drive away as is the Sunshine Coast. It is perfectly located to be able to experience a lot of what the South East Qld corner has to offer.
