HOUSE SWAP WITH US We are an active retired couple with a background in education. The UK & Europe have been our desired places overseas having extensively hiked and cycled many countries. We have also travelled throughout Australia. We look forward to many more adventures hoping to exchange our beautiful unit in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. This would enable us enjoy more of these outdoor pursuits. Destination and dates are flexible with UK & France on top of our list.

Relax in a beautiful part of Queensland, the Sunshine Coast. Our unit is a large three bedroom ground floor, private entrance in a secure complex. The large main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bath, shower & toilet. Second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom/tv room has a leather lounge that converts to a double bed. Second bathroom has a very large shower, vanity and there is a seperate powder room. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with quality appliances including a coffee machine. Our living area is quite large with timber dining table sitting for six, TV area with lounge and a conversation/sitting place near the kitchen. The unit has fans in all rooms, reverse cycle airconditioning, plus good flow through ventilation through double doors at dining and tv areas. There is three outdoor patios, one small from the TV room perfect for coffee/breakfast, a large one at the back with BBQ, table & chairs and sitting area. Another large third patio at front is perfect for afternoon drinks at the bar table for four looking out over our tropical garden.
The complex has a lovely resort style swimming pool & spa. We can offer two paddle boards to use 200mts. to river and bikes.
