Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Eaglemont, VIC
We are a retired professional couple. Our main home is in Eaglemont, Melbourne but we also have a holiday ground floor fully renovated one-bedroomed unit in Noosa, Queensland that would also be available by agreement. We keep one car in Melbourne and one in Noosa. We will be in the Europe & the United Kingdom from 31 March 2025 for four months and seek to swap house/s and possibly cars. Our Melbourne house will be available in November 2024 through to the end of January 2025 and our Noosa unit from December 2025 through to the end of July 2025. We offer non-simultaneous swaps for minimum of one month period within those dates and are open to proposals. We prefer one couple only. Unfortunately, our house is not suitable for children or pets.

OUR 2025 HOUSE SWAPS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED
Our house is a fully renovated, single storey, 100-year-old Californian bungalow in the lovely leafy suburb of Eaglemont some 12 kms from Melbourne CBD amongst quality homes. It has two modern bathrooms, both with showers and one includes a bath, heating & cooling throughout and all the usual mod-cons such as fibre to the house with wifi, smart tv, laundry set-up, dishwasher etc. The master bedroom has a king bed. At the rear is a pleasant deck under an automatic louvered roof. The garden is automatically watered and the lawns are cut by a contractor. Eaglemont train station is less than 1 km away and connects direct to the main CBD station. The M3 motorway entrance is some 3 kms away, giving Eaglemont good transport access.
