Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Torquay, SURFCOAST, VIC
I am a single mum with adult children that dont live at home anymore however will often travel with me. My son has moved to Perth hence we are keen to visit him as often as we can. I work in government and can also work from home which provides me with the flexibility to travel more. I have 2 dogs who I would be happy to organise they are looked after elsewhere whilst I do a swap

2 Storey town house. Master bedroom ground floor with full ensuite. Study also ground floor. Open kitchen living area that also has a fold out couch if needed. Sunny courtyard with outdoor table and couches and fire pit. Infrared sauna also in studio in back yard. 2 big bedrooms upstairs serviced by large bathroom with shower and deep bath and separate toilet. Queen beds in all bedrooms with single mattress which can be also used if needed. Off street parking however garage not available.

Torquay is a beautiful little town at the beginning of the Great Ocean Road. Located about an 1.5 hours from Melbourne and 20mins from Geelong. The town has some amazing restaurants and cafes all walking distance from our home. Bowling club with views over the ocean is an easy walk also. Dog friendly beach walking distance also.
Great offering of live music all year round also. Surf shops galore. Something for everyone as plenty to do but also far enough removed from centre of town that not impacted by crowds in peak times
