Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in MOUNT MARTHA, Mornington Peninsula, VIC
Hi, I’m Heather and I live with my 6 year old twin daughters in beautiful Mt Martha on the Mornington Peninsula (Victoria). We live with our gorgeous 2yo black Labrador, who we’d be keen to bring on house swaps (if in driving distance), or we would request that house swappers walk him each day and give him lots of cuddles, he’s very calm and affectionate. We are looking house swaps in school holidays, particularly for the 2 weeks after Christmas.

Mount Martha is a beautiful, quieter beachside town on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula.
Located just an hour south of Melbourne, Mount Martha has stunning beaches with colourful bathing boxes, rolling hills, and spectacular cliff top views of Port Phillip Bay.
It is also home to the Briars, a peaceful nature reserve home to emus, kangaroos, echidnas and koalas. There is also an historic homestead at the Briars, all walking distance from our home. The Briars meets the beach via a beautiful boardwalk trail through tea trees and along Balcombe Creek.
It is only a short drive to neighbouring towns like Mornington, Rye, and Blairgowrie. And 15 mins away from Arthur’s Seat where you can ride the Eagle cable car up to the summit and take in the incredible views.
The many wineries of the Mornington Peninsula are also a 10-15 min drive away.
Mount Martha village itself is also home to a range of boutique stores, cafes, markets and galleries.
There are several playgrounds, a dog park and a cafe only a 5 minute walk away.
