Our place is a 1k walk to town and less than that to shallow bay/ the boat ramp. It’s an older but renovated 4 by 2 with two living areas and a shed full of bikes and surfboards. Keen for east coast surf towns in school holidays and the old trip to Perth / Fremantle.
