Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Sisters Beach, Northwest Tasmania, TAS
We are a family of two adults and two teenagers, keen on the outdoors and water sports - sailing, surfing, kite surfing and wing-foiling. Our holidays are usually focused on these interests. We are competing in the national and world sailing championships out of Woollahra over the new year period, and need somewhere to stay during this time.

Sisters Beach is a peaceful town of about 500 permanent residents.
It is surrounded by national park on all sides, with fantastic walking trails.
Day trips to Cradle Mountain, West Coast/Tarkine, and the historic town of Stanley.
The beach is beautiful - if there is no swell (most of the time) then good snorkeling. Uncrowded, with clean water.
Local park with skate ramp, basketball court, playground and kid-friendly river for swimming.
Sisters Beach store does fantastic coffee and food, and has live music some nights.
If you are into rock climbing, sisters beach is the go-to place for the northwest coast (BYO gear).

There is 1 endorsement for this house swap member:
Brady and his family have a wonderful home in one of the best spots in Tasmania. Sisters Beach (and nearby Boat Harbour) is a must-see and there is so much to do. Catch some waves, play in the creek, take longs walks along the nearly deserted beach, visit the nearby skatepark/playground/basketball court, watch dolphins/breaching whales/bird life from the comfort of the back deck, bushwalking in Rocky Cape National Park, the list goes on! We can’t wait to go back. The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Sisters Beach is a great location if you want to explore more of Tassie’s northwest coast (Table Cape, Wynyard, Stanley). Brady and his family left our home super clean and tidy. I highly recommend!
