We are an adventurous retired couple who relocated from NZ to the Sunshine Coast, Australia 4 years ago to take advantage of the warmer weather. We have been swapping houses….. ( mainly Europe) for the past 20 years. We have family in Florida, USA and Perth, Australia. We are in our late seventies and are happy to swap a late model vehicle so long as it is reciprocal. We are both non smokers, and would show total respect for the property of anyone we exchange with.

The House

Modern duplex within a secure Resort style village. Private , Large undercover outdoor area and barbecue. Beautiful heated resort pool is 50 metres from our property.
Our swap preference would be France, Italy, Sicily….
Long term ( up to 3 months) considered.
A late model car available in swap if it is reciprocal.

We do an exchange organised in France for a month from mid April 2025.

My partner and I just spent a week in Janet and Garry’s home and it was the most fantastic week. The location is perfect and their home is so charming and lovely, with European warmth and beautiful facilities. There is a gorgeous cafe and sandy beachfront at the doorstep, with endless walking paths along the water’s edge. The resident’s pool is a luxury resort addition! We enjoyed every moment of our time there and would swap again in a heartbeat. Bianca and Anthony.
