The things we love about living here

• We are both retired non smoking professional people and live in this location for the life style. We have a very comfortable 3 bedroom home close to all amenities including shopping, dining, public transport and all activities associated with coastal living and are 45 minutes either way between the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. We are one street back from Sandstone beach and 5 minutes over the bridge to Bongaree and Sylvan beaches, the recreational area of Bribie Island. We have no pets that will require care during the houseswap and a garden that will be fully maintained for the length of your stay (excluding watering). Bicycles/helmets are also available for use.
