House Swap with us

Susan and I have been enjoying 3 house swaps in Omokoroa on the Bay of Plenty since early September. Initially we thought 3 months out of Australia would be sufficient in obtaining a new visa but immigration there are experiencing long delays. Subsequently if anyone living on the Bay of Plenty is looking to visit the beautiful Sunshine Coast over the Christmas period our house is available. We can provide excellent references from these 3 swaps.

The House

The House

The house was built in 2020 and is located in a quite square. It has ducted AC along with solar. The master bedroom is ensuite with large wardrobes. The other bedrooms are all double with good storage space. The kitchen is well equipped. The outside has been landscaped to a high standard with lockable gates either side of the house.
