We are a retired couple with TV and engineering backgrounds. We originally hail from Ireland. Our daughter lives in Brisbane and we would wish to visit her and her family during the year. We are also interested in other destinations in Australia and Tasmania for short stays.

'Derwentview' is a double brick Federation style house with features typical of the era. Picture rails, deeply layered skirting boards, archway, tall ceilings and stained glass features.There are 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a sofa bed. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet. The veranda faces the front garden and street and the private patio at the back of the home leads up to the vegetable garden. The back of the home faces North West and has abundant sun throughout the day. Windows are double glazed. Quality kitchen and bathroom. There is weekly time restricted free street parking with weekends non-restricted.
