We’re a retired couple who enjoy exploring new areas. Kevin is a retired electrician/site manager and a keen rugby union enthusiast. Carol is a retired admin/personal assistant and likes gardening, reading, concerts, fitness classes, catching up with friends. We both enjoy a broad range of activities including walking, restaurants, sightseeing etc. We have two adult children and two grandchildren.

The House

Holiday home/chalet located in Falcon WESTERN AUSTRALIA.
Falcon is a beach/estuary southern suburb of Mandurah Western Australia and an easy 75km drive south of PERTH (it takes approximately 50 min to drive from Perth to Mandurah)
The Peel region is famed for its beautiful waterways/canals and relaxed holiday atmosphere with fishing, swimming, crabbing etc. and the regular visits of dolphins to the Mandurah waterways. Mandurah was recently crowned Australia’s top tourist city for 2023.
We would be looking at a similar house swap with like minded people.
Our holiday home sleeps 6 (1K downstairs, 1Q + 2 singles upstairs)
Located estuary side of Falcon (2min walk to estuary) fully self contained, air con, wall fans, heating, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, two TV’s (in lounge & main bedroom/K), BBQ. Please note - NO WIFI.
Ample parking for cars and boat, Quiet and relaxing,
Within very close walking distance to the Miami shopping centre, restaurants, tavern, bus stop and other amenities.
No pets.
We are flexible with dates.

The things we love about living here

Located near estuary so great for crabbing, fishing.and not far from the beaches. A wonderful relaxed holiday atmosphere/ease of living with heaps of activities in and around the Peel region. It’s only a couple of hours drive south of Falcon to the well known wine region of beautiful Margaret River.
Our family love visiting at any time of the year - especially the grandchildren with heaps of activities to keep them occupied.
