Located a street away from Templestowe's famous "Golden Mile" of mansions, our single storey house is built for fun with a large rumpus room on the lower ground floor, a bar, and a undercover barbecue area nestled within an intimate garden.
The massive Ruffey Lake park is walking distance or a short bike ride away.
A bus route outside the front door takes you to Doncaster Westfield where there are busses to all points in the city.
