We are well located, only about 4km to Perth CBD in quiet upmarket Inner North leafy suburb of Joondanna. Our 140m2 ground floor rear detached unit has1 Queen Brm with ensuite available, is easy to maintain and has a protected leafy courtyard. It was fully renovated earlier this year. It is in a block of only 3 units and is very close to all modern facilities.
We are less than a 300m flat walk to numerous very good dine in or take away restaurants, a Shopping centre with Aldi, Coles, Woolworths and specialty shops or a frequent bus to the city.
Less than 100m to an hourly bus service to Glendalough Metro Train Station 1km away (with cheap $2per day - sometimes free parking) that has a Metro train to everywhere every 15 minutes. It is only 1 stop to Perth City Central.
Apart from local parks, we are less than a 10 minute drive to the magnificent Kings Park (where we usually walk daily) and a 15+
minute drive to numerous beaches.
We have broadband wifi. The property is fully reverse cycle airconditioned and has solar installed. Gardens have automated reticulation.
Whilst the property has 3 brms it is not possible to open more bedrooms. One is an office/ photographic studio while the other is also an office / Artist’s Studio, they are both stuffed with stuff. A quality double mattress may also be available.
