Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in West End, Inner Brisbane near Southbank , QLD
Hello! I am an RN who works casually these days so have lots of flexibility around work. Peter is in IT and mostly works from home, so also has flexibility. Currently we are interested in a house swap for Perth in 2025, preferably autumn or winter. Prefer inner west or north to be close to my relatives. Generally, we're open to swap our inner-city abode for some R&R time overseas, at the beach or a more rural escape. We have completed three swaps and have our fourth booked. We are absolutely loving meeting new people and getting to know some different places, and climates. We would treat your home like your own, and in return I think you would enjoy staying here. We are close to the CBD, Gabba, Cultural Centre, Southbank, although West End itself has a lot to offer.

Comfortable 2 level inner city house in trendy West End. Downstairs: Open plan living plus powder room/laundry. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed and ensuite, second bedroom with a double, and third with a king single. Lovely large main bathroom, with luxurious bath tub. Parking bay on property. Living area opens to landscaped garden.

We had a fantastic time swapping homes with Monique and her family in West End, Brisbane! The location was amazing, close to shops and cafes, and several bus stops and a ferry to get anywhere in the city. The house itself is spacious and charmingly renovated, with all the comforts one could ask for. The beautifully manicured yard was a massive bonus and thoroughly enjoyed by our kids. Monique was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, making us feel warmly welcomed in their home. We truly appreciated how tidy they left our home, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Thank you, Monique and family, for a wonderful house swap!

We enjoyed a great house-swap with Monique and her family. Their beautiful house was in a superb location in Brisbane, close to shops, public transport and walking distance to the South Bank arts precinct. Monique was fantastic with her communication and very accomodating with the arrangements for the swap. It was our first swap and was a great way to catch up with our daughter who is at uni up there.

I had a grand time at Monique's place, West End Brisbane. Beautifully presented house and garden ,so close to all facilities. Plenty of ceiling fans for the warmer weather also great Air-con. Loads to do in the area and Brisbane is really putting on a show readying for the 2032 Olympics.
