I own a luxurious, very large (190 m²) apartment on Saint Kilda Road backing onto Faulkner Park (South Yarra) and facing city views and Albert Park lake. The apartment has three bedrooms although only two will be available. The apartment is five minute tram ride to the city. Trams are at your doorstep. It is a walk away from the gallery museums, botanical Gardens and parks. The apartment has gym, pool, tennis court and lovely gardens. I am Lawyer and a single mother. I have one daughter, eight years old. We are quiet and respectful and hope that you will be the same of our space.
