We are located in the most beautiful part of Melbourne near the Botanical Garden. The house is from the 1800. The house is a 2 bedrooms and has a beautiful little garden at the front. It’s close to chapel street so near the main restaurants and cafes and shops. We have been here for over 10 years and love it!

The House

Welcome to South Yarra! The house is nested in the most beautiful street surrended by many trees. It is located in a very quiet street away from the busy chapel street but close enough to cafes and restaurants. It’s walking distance to the river and the botanical gardens. We have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a nice little patio outside to enjoy the sun and nature. We also provide a hammock.

The things we love about living here

The South Yarra section of the famous street is the most fashionable and upmarket end. A major landmark is The Jam Factory, old factories converted into an upmarket shopping centre and cinemas.
We love the easy access to shops, cafes and short walks to many parks. One of our favourite cafe next door is an old stable called stable of Como.
