My husband and I are both lawyers working in the city. My husband also occasionally works as a musician and I am involved in community theatre. We have two sons, 12 and 15 years. We love the beach, surfing and snorkeling. We have done many successful swaps and are keen to explore new places.

Our home is a recently renovated 5 bedroom house a 4 minute flat walk to the beach. We are a 10 minute walk to the centre of Manly (shops and restaurants etc) and the ferry. There is a great swim centre around the corner, a tennis centre around the other corner and fantastic playgrounds for kids within 5 minutes walk. We are also 5 minutes from Manly Golf Course and the express city bus. A large front garden great for kids and smaller back garden. Large entertaining decks that capture the sunshine and summer breezes. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite, two other bedrooms with double beds and one with triple bunk. We also have a queensize bed in the 4th bedroom. The house is very child friendly. Childrens facilities available eg cot, highchair, bath etc.
