My name is Geoff and my wife is Yvone. We are aged 67 and 61 respectively. We both still work but are quite close to retiremnent, perhaps 2 more years. We have 2 properties available Our main property is single storey 2 bedroom property on a large block of land in a culled sac ample parking and very open There are direct train routes from the neares railway station. A 15 minute bus ride to the station or even shorter if by car The train to the city is about 40 minutes Very easy to get around and we drive on the same side as UK Our property does have my in-laws living in an attached property and have UK heritage they are 82 an 84 and are vey independent and have all of their own facilities. This property has everything needed ample nbn tv streaming A pool is also available We have a second property (holiday home) in the Hunter Valley about 2.5 hours north west of Sydney about 1 hour from Newcastle This property is a 2 bedroom cottage located in a vineyard in the Pokolbin region and is completely private A vehicle is needed to get around, rural and one of Australia’s prime wine regions Either property would be available

We have a second property available (holiday home) in the hunter valley at Pokolbin which is one of Australia’s prime wine growing regions. This property has 2 bedrooms one bath single garage and is located in a vineyard with grapes growing across the properties
The vines are maintained and processed by private contractors no input needed just enjoy the surrounds of a regional wine growing are 1 hour from Newcastle
Our main property a car can be made available but is well serviced by public transport about 1 hour from central Sydney
Our holiday home is very rural and a car would be essential but vey easy to get around
