Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Frankston South, Mornington Peninsula, VIC
We are a Family of 5, with 3 Daughters 15, 12 & 7 and two Labradoodles Bear & Ella, primarily we are looking for swaps during Australian/Victorian school holidays, places near the coast with good access to activities for our girls are top on our mind. Our House is located in Frankston South Victoria, and is less than 800m from the beach, you can walk into Frankston Centre and there is a bus stop less than 100m from the house. The house is modern renovation on a 1950’s weatherboard on a large block 1,200sqm, and a Mineral Salt Heated Pool. It has 4 Bedrooms, 2 living areas, a large under cover deck with Built in BBQ. It’s almost a little resort on its own, last Christmas we just chilled out by the Pool and went for drives around the Peninsula. We also have some pets which need some love and attention, 2 Labradoodles and a Marine Fish Tank all pretty easy to care for, with full instructions.

Our house is a modern renovated 4 BR house located less than a 10 minute walk from the beach and town centre, we have a large Block with a Mineral Pool, Basketball pad and Tree Swing to keep the kids entertained for days.
