We are a family with a teenage daughter and a cavalier, Arlo. We love living on the best beach in Australia, hanging out in the Northern Rivers and enjoying everything our region has to offer.

Our home is a townhouse in the 'Reef Villas' complex, just a few metres from the village of Cabarita Beach shops and nearby beaches. It is a modern home with spacious bedrooms, a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area opening on to a gorgeous deck overlooking the creek with tons of native wildlife with kayaks available under the house. There is a small, secure, grassed courtyard out the front. Small to medium dog is welcome.

We have it all, Cabarita Beach was voted Australia's best beach. This includes the patrolled surf beach, the stunning cove below Norries Headland and south of there is an off leash dog beach. The village has a supermarket, great bakeries and coffee shops, restaurants and takeaways. We are only 30 minutes from Byron Bay and other beautiful coastal towns, and 30 minutes north finds you on the Gold Coast. Not to mention the bushwalks and natural connection of the Tweed Valley to the west of us and hinterlands with stunning waterfalls and scenery.

Andy and his family's house at Bogangar Cabarita beach was a beautiful town house, backing a lake, can sit on either verandah and watch the birds and the kayaks go past. Its one street back from the main street at Cabarita and near beaches and close to other rivers, lots to do and very relaxing. Andy was great to deal with, their house was clean and lovely and they left my house clean. We did a swap where both of use had a dog.
