Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Yarrawonga, Yarrawonga , VIC
We are a retired couple who are love to travel with our border collie Max. We will respect and care for your home as we do our own. Our beautiful home is located in Yarrawonga and only 200 meters to the lovely lake Mulwala. We have to swap 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 1 king bed) and a one bathroom home - our home has a inground pool a fully fenced back yard with plenty of room for a boat. The location is perfect for couples or families - private quiet and secure. The home itself is located down a private driveway in a small complex with fantastic neighbours. There are lots of facilities available in Yarrawonga - the 3 large clubs all run courtesy buses and so do a couple of the pubs. Not far away is Rutherglen where there is a multitude of wineries to try or why not go for a short drive to Beechworth. We have a 12 year old Border Collie called Max - he is extremely smart, house trained and very well behaved we have travelled extensively with Max and wish to keep doing so. As Brian is disabled (mobility)we need accomodation with only a couple of stairs to enter and a walk in shower unfortunately this is a must.

Our home has a very large living, dining and kitchen which is all open plan, it also features a huge WIP, gas pebble fireplace, ducted heating, evaporative aircon and a beautiful inground pool. There is lots of extras - ice maker fridge, 900 free standing oven, smeg wall oven, dishwasher, lovely alfresco with electric blind. There is a large back yard with plenty of room for a boat - this is also fully fenced and secure for pets. There are 3 bedrooms - 2 have queen beds (1 has a smart TV) and the 3rd has a King bed all have built in robes. There is also wifi and internet for your use along with 2 smart tv’s and ceiling fans in all rooms.
