Hi! I’m Naz. I’m Sydney born and raised. I’ve also lived in the UK, France and Thailand. I love the outdoors (hiking, swimming) and my food (often eating weird things on my travels). I’m an accountant and can mostly work remotely. I’m a recently retired airbnb ‘superhost’ and will look after your place as if it were my own. My house is in Sydney’s hipster inner west. It is just 5km from the city on a tranquil, leafy street. There is ample/ unlimited street parking, and it’s a 3min flat walk to Petersham train station. Get to the city in 15 mins! Sometimes I'll travel with a friend or family member I am flexible on pets and petcare arrangements. I have a Cobberdog and a Ragdoll. They are quiet, laid back, sweet, snuggly, and kept very clean. It would be a bonus if I could bring one or both, but I can always make other arrangements. I am open to locations and dates. Some coastal swaps over summer would be fantastic!

An immaculate sunny character house and garden in inner Sydney. 5km to the CBD, 15min by train door to door. Set on a quiet & leafy street with parking. There are 2 good sized queen bedrooms (plus a sofa bed in the loungeroom for short stays), 1 spacious bathroom, a separate dining area, separate loungeroom, and a big kitchen. Lots of period features – soaring ceilings, stain glass window, pretty architraves. On 240sqm of land (big for inner city!) there is a lovely sunny backyard with a sandpit, shade canopy, lounge, & (seasonal) chillis, herbs, strawberries & delicious figs (help yourself!). There are 3 laptop friendly workspace areas – a desk in the front bedroom, the dining table at the back of the house, and an extendable table in the kitchen. All the modern cons – reverse cycle air con, gas heating, large wall mounted smart TV, & fully decked out kitchen with gas appliances, dishwasher, microwave, etc.

The cottage is a few minutes’ walk to Petersham station – get to the city in 15-20 mins door to door! There are plenty of buses nearby also. Set on a quaint street with friendly neighbours and unlimited street parking. It’s a great base with easy parking to explore all Sydney has to offer. Petersham is part of the vibrant inner west scene. We are surrounded by incredible eateries (from cheap and cheerful Asian and Portuguese ‘street food’ style, to microbreweries, gastro pubs, sunny cafes, and fine dining), picturesque parks (Petersham Park is a standout with 2 outdoor swimming pools), and a buzzing arts and festival scene.
Note - being in the inner west there can be some aeroplane noise, but it stops after 11pm until 6am.
