I am a 64 year old single professional lady with a 3 year old Kelpie/Border Collie Cross, Jasper, who is the love of my life. I am a nurse, I work 2 days a week, but have a lot of leave available and will be retiring soon. I own my home and I love it here. I take pride in my home and it is neat, clean and tidy. I collect things of meaning to me, which are scattered around the home. I am quiet, enjoy my own company, havent been or had a party in decades, drink occaisionally, have never smoked, nor take drugs. I am responsible and thoughtful. Jasper is well trained, obediant, house trained, clean and an absolute joy. He is quiet and comfortable when left alone, which wouldnt happen often as he pretty much always comes with me. I am interested in going to places that are quiet, whether in the bush, near the coast, or a river, lake, creek... Im easy, but not keen on suburbia unless its a bit quirky. My family all live up around Byron Bay area, so Im always keen to head up that way. I would also be interested in Melbourne area. I would look after your home as well, probably better than my own, and expect you to do the same. Im very easy going and dont need much to be happy.

A beautiful recently renovated home in the bushland suburb of Berowra Heights, which is the 2nd last northerly suburb of Sydney. The home is a 5 minute drive from the M1 freeway.
It is a medium size home with 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, plus a 3rd room with a futon which could sleep 1- 2 if needed. Another room is used as a meditation/memorial room.
Every room in the home has outstanding bush/rock views.
I have a brand new open plan kitchen, walk in pantry, lounge/dining room, 1 and a half bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs is the laundry, a third bathroom, a work/tool room, and a garage for one car, with remote control door.
Outside is my favourite place... a front yard, fully fenced with a gorgeous big gum tree and lovely garden, to the side of the home is a "secret garden" area that is lovely to sit and ponder, theres a herb garden area, then at the rear of the home is a wonderful tropical feel area. A large part is covered patio with BBQ, fire pit and dining/ lounge area, rock steps lead up through the back garden to my "prayer platform"... a covered wooden triangle built at the top corner of the property where I can sit amongst the trees and lomquat and look over the valley below. It is absolutely beautiful... in any weather.
The house is very dog friendly, as is the neighbourhood, with great bushwalks close by.
Dogs can come inside, but not on carpeted areas and not on the furniture. My dog loves it here, we go for a 1-2 hour bushwalk twice a day, and he has plenty to explore at home.
There is a front balcony which is perfect for early coffee and brekkie, and in the evening to watch the sunsets.
Not suitable for wheelchair access.
