Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Nambucca Heads, Mid North Coast, NSW
I'm a retired teacher, with family in Adelaide and Melbourne. I volunteer at three local not-for-profits: the local museum, a commission craft shop and an op-shop. I enjoy regular beach walks, birdwatching, and occasional kayaking. I make my own bread and there are some herbs and veggies in the garden.

This is a small 1950s all timber stand alone house. It was built for family accommodation within a (now demolished) motel. History is known about its transferal from town to this site, in 2002. There is attractive garden all around, it's high up on a hill ... no danger of flood. LPG cooking, ceiling fans but no air-con., 2 chickens to feed!

Thanks to Fran for swapping with us. We really enjoyed staying at her place.The quiet and tucked away location with a beautiful bush outlook from the lounge was very peaceful and relaxing for us. We found it cosy and comfortable. It was only a short drive to access shopping, restaurants, the V wall and the beach. We appreciated her good communication with us and it was lovely to meet her in person. Fran treated our house with care and respect. We look forward to future swaps.
