Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Victoria Park, Victoria Park, WA
I'm a lady, in my late 50's and live in a 3 bdm apartment (located 8 minutes from Perth city). I love to travel and have just completed my first house swap in London which was fantastic. I do work full time, so my travelling time and ability to house swap is limited but would consider anything offered, anywhere. I'm going to Spain in October 2024 so could be looking for a house swap during this time.

Level 5 apartment (in a block of 6 levels) located 8 minutes from Perth city with lovely views from the balcony. There is a queen size bed, double bed and the study has a fold out couch that could sleep 2 children or one adult. The complex also has a swimming pool and small gym and BBQ's in the communal space on level 5 overlooking Perth city. I am extremely close to large shopping centres and minutes from the Swan River. I live on the Albany Highway (our apartment is located on the other side so no traffic noise) with loads of bars, restaurants and cafes which include a huge variety of different cuisines.

We have completed one half of a home exchange with Colleen and her daughter Taylah. They stayed in our home in Bermondsey for 23 days over Christmas into the New Year (we are still yet to take up our half of the home exchange). The home exchange went really well, plus our home was spotlessly clean when we returned home. Overall and excellent start to a non-simultaneous home exchange and we are looking forward to taking up 'our half' of the home exchange in Perth,
