We have 3 kids and would love to houseswap and let someone enjoy our peaceful 5 bedroom home just 350m to the beautiful Copacabana Beach. We are a friendly and respectful couple who are hoping to visit the Gold Coast just after Xmas. I work in software and my husband has a pressure cleaning business. Our home has a relaxed Coastal feel with nice furnishings, comfortable beds and a leafy outlook. It has a relaxing balcony with sounds of birds and leafy surroundings. Although we would love to be in the Gold Coast after Christmas, we are open to all offers!

Our beautiful 5 bedroom home is tucked away on a private driveway just 350mtrs from the beach.
The property has a large rear sitting area and garden with a large wrap around deck which offers a lovely aspect into the valley. Surrounded by trees and birds, this will provide a relaxing and enjoyable trip where you are just 4 minutes walk to the shops, cafes and beach.
Features include;
4 bedrooms all with Queen beds and a 5th bedroom with a single bed, fans, plantation shutters and built in wardrobes (3 bedrooms down stairs, one of which has air conditioning)
Large master bedroom upstairs with quiet fan (No AC) with ensuite bathroom and access to back garden through french doors.
Study set up with desk, chair and printer and small sitting area to unwind. We also have a single bed in this room to accomodate for a child.
Outdoor furniture and BBQ on the deck
Renovated stone kitchen with dishwasher, stove, stainless steel fridge and all the amenities.
3m dining table which comfortably seats 10 people
Separated toilet area from the large bathroom downstairs which has a 2 person tub and standalone shower.
Comfortable lounge area with AC, smart TV, Wifi, board games and books
Internal laundry with washer and dryer.
Quality bed and bath linen just bring your beach towels
Parking for 3 cars and free off street parking 1 minute from the entrance

We thoroughly enjoyed our house swap experience at Lauren and Simon’s beautiful home in Copacabana. It was such a relaxing destination with colourful birdlife and a leafy outlook enjoyed from the expansive front deck. Being able to walk to the beach and shops was a luxury, especially in the busy post Christmas period. Their stylishly appointed home was light and open plan and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, complete with lovely linen. Lauren and Simon were great communicators and were extremely reliable, taking great care of our home. Coming home to a freshly mown lawn was an added bonus! We would thoroughly recommend Lauren and Simon’s Copacabana home to future house swappers.
