We are an active friendly retired couple (non smoking) with a dog Bodhi (who is also very friendly). We have family in Warrnambool, Victoria and Hobart, Tasmania who we would love to see more regularly.

It is a family home with 1 bedroom (master) with a KS bed and ensuite, 1 bedroom with a QS bed and 1 bedroom with a single and trundle which can be changed into 2 single beds. Linen and towels are optional.
A fully equipped kitchen with an island bar and bar stools.
A fully equipped laundry.
1 bathroom is an ensuite to the master bedroom and the 2nd bathroom is a large family size with a bath; both have showers.
A large family room with beautiful large windows and large lounge suite.
A separate lounge room with large dining table and lounge suite.

We have a very easy going boxer cross who is 4 1/2 years old, Loves company and kids. We would not always need him sat as we will take him with us whenever we can. We will discuss this with you when you apply.

Our home is on the Mornington Peninsula, Mt Martha, well known for its lovely beaches and lifestyle. The local shops have coffee shops, restaurants, a super market and a few variety shops. The town of Mornington is a few minutes drive away which has many more shops if required. There are numerous things to do in the nearby region and we have many wineries, breweries, walks and hikes along the cliff edges of the Peninsula.
Our house is a two storey house overlooking a nature reserve. A gate in the back fence takes you straight to the reserve for a lovely walk to the beach or to the shops. Our home is very spacious family home overlooking a bush reserve and level with the flight path of birds going between trees.
House has central heating / cooling, wifi, all cooking facilities, bathroom, laundry, TV. You will be accommodated in a room with a queen size bed and wardrobe & drawers.
