We are an active couple in our 50’s. We have travelled extensively and love to be out and about when we visit places. We live in a beautiful part of the world, with great walks and beaches. We have had many pets over the years and are happy to look after yours. We still have Chooks that are very friendly.

Close to beach and city centre, enjoy coffee in the mornings on the deck which looks out to a lovely native garden and Vegie patch.
Renovated home with wooden floors, double carport, north east facing deckt with a bbq and sink. High ceilings and a scullery. Rain water tanks with a filtration system and solar panels. Walk to the beach with an enclosed safe swim at Middleton beach.

Thank you to Carolyn and Keith for a wonderful stay at their beautiful home! We were very comfortable and warm, loved picking and cooking the veggies from their patch and collecting eggs and looking after the chooks. Their home is spacious, clean and well equipped and the location is fabulous for accessing attractions in Albany and its surrounds. They left our home in immaculate condition and we’re delighted they enjoyed their stay. They were perfect guests and we highly recommend them for future swaps.

the house in Albany was so accommodating for all of our needs. Comfort, quality and style. Loved the theatre room and the outside living area. What a treat we had. Would definitely house-swap with these lovely people again. Our house was loved and left perfectly clean when we returned home. Highly recommended.
