Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Mount Stuart, Hobart, TAS
We are a family of 5. With me (Hania), my husband (Matt) and our three kids (Hamish 15, Freya 13 and Esther 10). We also have a dog Luka (super friendly Groodle) and cat (Bonnie). No pet care responsibilities are required. We are proud of our home and would take exceptional care of yours. Ideally we’d like to travel to Queensland or WA, in December 2023/Jan 2024 however would consider other times/locations.

Fully renovated home in the leafy Hobart suburb of Mount Stuart. Situated 5 minutes from the Hobart CBD and walking distance to the North Hobart restaurant strip. Our house is all on one level.
There are 4 bedrooms (all with built ins), 2 bathrooms, large open plan living area with kitchen, dining and lounge room (with wood heater), as well as second lounge room (snug) which is excellent for movie watching.
The master bedroom contains a queen sized bed and ensuite. While all other rooms have double beds (including one with a single bunk bed above).
Sliding doors off the lounge open onto an entertaining deck, which is a great place to enjoy breakfast in the warmer months.
The backyard has also undergone extensive landscaping and features deck, grassed area and a fire pit.
There is also a large gas Weber barbecue.
