My name is Tain and my partners name is Jaye. We both work full time and love our relaxed and slow lifestyle in Witchcliffe. We love the community we live in and have really enjoyed gardening and getting to know our beautiful surroundings. I have family in Perth who I should visit more regularly, however we would like to take our dogs with us and have our own space when visiting. We thought a house swap could be a good idea to do this. Bespoke home completed December 2021 by Jaye (my very talented partner).
Spacious, cosy and stylish. We are set on half an acre in the Reserve on Redgate community in Witchcliffe.
We have a master bedroom and bathroom, guest bedroom, guest bathroom and nursery, which could always fit a mattress for more guests. Features include double glazed windows, polished concrete, Tasmanian oak counter tops, modern appliances and a fireplace in Winter.
Our home is wheelchair accessible, modern and self-sufficient - we have solar, batteries, rainwater and gas bottles.
We are still developing our garden, but have a lovely lawn area and undercover areas for admiring the big sky and peaceful surroundings.
Our property is fenced with two large farm gates.
