We had a fantastic swap with Kiri at the Gold Coast. Her place is in the perfect location across from the beach and in the centre of it all…even its own tram line stop if you want to head north or south. The resort had 3 pools, two which were heated and one which was enormous, there was also a gym and even a burger bar in the place. The apartment had great views from every room including the spectacular one from the front room right down the beach line of the Gold Coast. Upon our return our place was spotlessly clean. A pleasure in every way to swap with Kiri!,,,

Kiri was an amazing host. So lovely to deal with. The apartment was perfectly clean and the accomodation was was amazing, pools, beach, restaurants. Kiri left my house sparkling and we had a perfect amount of communication throughout the trip.

Kiri's Surfers Paradise apartment is the stuff of luxury dreams 🤩 The view from the open-area kitchen/lounge room is simply breath-taking with 200 degrees over the sea, the mountains of the hinterland in the distance, sunrises, sunsets, storms, whales!!! It's elegantly furnished, and you'll have everything you need to be super comfortable (I will miss that plush carpet under my feet). The amenities at Q1 are amazing: from the three pools, to sauna, gym and steam room. Getting to the beach takes two minutes. Kiri is a very kind person and we communicated very well before, during and after the swap to share useful info - without being over-the-top! We came back to our apartment to find it perfectly clean and in order, with all our plants watered and happy 🌿 Thanks again Kiri for an amazing smooth first swap!
