We are an active Australian couple (59/60) living by the sea in Shoalwater, Western Australia.We also have a lovely home in the south of France and spend 2-3 months there a year. We work online which allows us to travel. Max and Milo are our family, Max is a 3yo Springer/Brittany spaniel who loves the beach, walks and going for coffee. Milo is a 1yo Ragdoll/Siamese, she is Max's buddy and a fun outgoing indoor cat . We are looking to house swap our Australian or French home with like minded people around Australia /world who love/have pets. We care for your pets as our own . Kay is a big walker and Greg loves to swim.

The House

Newly renovated Hamptons 2storey home with ocean views. 100m to the beach and walking distance to shops restaurants and cafes. Public transport outside the door. Quiet street and lovely quiet beachside community. There are kilometres of beachside walking along Shoalwater Bay and Safety Bay . The house has been set up with a private bedroom and separate bathroom for house swap sitters .

The things we love about living here

This is an amazing area on the coast 50 mins south of Perth. Close to Rockingham ( on Trainline) mostly retired or holiday home owners with quiet streets and parklands along the ocean front . Lots of boating and kayaking. Tourist operators of dolphin and seal cruises and Penguin Island at the doorstep .
