We are a family of 4 from Melbourne. My name is Carissa and I'm a Podiatrist and budding creative. Darren is the man of the house and severely outnumbered by the females in the house, even our 2 cats are female! We have two wonderful daughters, 9 and 13 years. We loved travelling before the kids came along and look forward to starting to explore more of Australia with our girls utilizing this clever affordable option! Our home at Phillip Island (Smiths Beach) is our holiday home and we often have it rented over peak periods, so prefer to swap out of those times. We had the most fantastic time at Carissa’s little beach house! It was such a smooth swap with great communication right from the beginning. We are really grateful for the opportunity to explore the gorgeous Philip Island. The ‘beach shack’ is in the perfect location with the beach so close and everything else only a short drive away. The house has everything you could possibly need and was beautifully clean and comfortable. When we got home our place had been very well looked after. It was immaculate. We appreciate the fabulous swap and hope to swap again with such a friendly and respectful family.

We had a wonderful stay a Carissa's small beach house. Just a few minute's walk to the beach. It was comfortable and had everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Carissa was lovely to deal and left our property in an immaculate condition. I would highly recommend swapping with this wonderful family.
