Our 2 bedroom cabin is permanently setup for visitors; all inbuilt wardrobes are empty ready for guests to make themselves at home. Beds will be made up and ample cooking utensils ready for use in the kitchen. Linen/ towels will be set-out like in a hotel.
The cabin is conviently located for all Gold Coast themeparks/ beaches (40 mins drive), shopping centres (7 mins drive), cinemas and restaurants (10 mins drive). It is located on one of Brisbane's premier acreages in Brisbane's koala heartland and is a short drive from QLD's premier wineary "Sirromet".
The cabin is fully fenced (3000m2 dog proof area) with easy access to the surrounding animals and wildlife. Guests can get fresh eggs from the chickens [chickens are already cared for]) or they can enjoy the local birds, the occasional wallaby or even watch the horses in our top paddock [please do not enter the horse paddock - they are already tended to as well]). Guests are free to use the hard-court tennis court and basketball court but please do not use the swimming pool (safety/ public liability concerns).
The cabin is fully air-conditioned and heated (reverse cycle A/C). It is set up as a permanent guest house to includes all kitchen appliances, dishwasher, espresso machine, smart TV (with netflix subscription), washing machine and fast reliable wireless internet. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a heavy duty bunk bed in the spare room.
There is onsite, secure car parking (security code for front gate), guests can park their cars within 10m of the cabin.
FYI: Pets are welcome, however please confirm with us beforehand (ie: cats are a problem as they disturb the local wildlife).
