Comfortable cottage, farm stay, secluded acres, fully immersed in nature.
Completely private with no near neighbours. Starlink unlimited internet with good download speeds >100mbps. Only 15 minutes to the centre of Taree for shopping and supplies. The 100 year old home has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, good kitchen and laundry facilities, ducted air conditioning, wood fire in winter, large undercover deck with swim spa and outdoor shower, undercover car parking, only 10 minutes from A1 Motorway at Cundletown exit. Note we have 2 km of rough dirt road / driveway to the cottage so it will not be suitable for your sportscar.
Must love cats. We have two cats that run the inside of the home, outside in the house yard we have two dogs, ducks, aviaries with galahs. Nearby paddocks hold a few chickens, goats, pigs. We will show you the feed routine which takes 20 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon, and you have the rest of your day to relax or explore. Walk the 6km of private and secluded walking tracks, kayak along the river , sit on the verandah and watch the kangaroos, day trips to Forster, Harrington, Port Macquarie, Wingham.
