Our house is a spacious two-storey duplex located one street away from the beach. You literally can walk barefoot! The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 study/small living room, 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet.
Main living room and dining area are located on the 1st floor with the open kitchen. We have a balcony which wraps around two walls north facing. House is bright with lots of natural lighting.
We have a small garden with a grass area and the wooden deck with outdoor furniture. Perfect for having guest over or relaxing by the bon fire.

We live in the quite area but located just 4min drive (10min on the bike) from Burleigh Heads center with lots of restaurants, cafes and beautiful Burleigh Main Beach.
Shopping Mall called Stockland is just 1min drive away but our place is up the road so there is barely any traffic noise.
What you can hear tho, is the birds sound! We have kookaburras visiting our balcony every morning :)
Burleigh Heads is about 40min drive from Byron Bay so easy for 1 day trip.
Brisbane City is about 1h drive.
