Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Cudgen, Kingscliff, Tweed/Gold Coasts (Bundjalung Country), NSW
We are Tom and Anne, both teachers, who, with the luxury of a 4 day working week in 2024, are open to the possibility of long weekend as well as NSW school holiday house swaps. We have three lovely adult daughters who are now working in Brisbane or Sydney, so none, some or all may join us on occasion. Our 30+ house swaps over the years have been both successful and enjoyable and we are keen to continue exploring different locations through this fantastic organisation of Aussie House Swap.

We fully agree with all the previous endorsements ! Tom and Anne’s house is a lovely, light, airy, spacious, comfortable retreat in the middle of a very beautiful part of Australia. There are so many fun things to do here: walking, surfing, snorkelling with the turtles and exploring the coastline and generally just chilling out. Their communication was excellent. We never personally met Tom and Anne but we immediately felt a high level of trust and a lovely sense of generosity of spirit. Thanks Tom and Anne, we loved staying in your beautiful home!

This stay was our first 'House Swap' experience and certainly won't be our last. This was a fantastic swap from the first communications and intro phone call through to returning home. We stayed at Anne and Tom's lovely house in Cudgen which had 5 bedrooms, multiple sitting/ living rooms and a pool. The house has a beautiful and homely feel and such a lovely breeze in the afternoon. Everything was super clean and tidy and beds were very comfortable. We had planned to swap for 7 days, and I actually requested an extension whilst we were there as we enjoyed the home and location so much. Anne and Tom were very easy to communicate with and got back quickly and accepted the extension, which we were very grateful for. The house is close to Kingscliff (we would walk daily to the beach to get breakfast), 5 minutes walk to the creek and surrounded by loads of great sites. We are very thankful to have such a streamlined first swap. When we got home, I was unsure whether Anne and Tom had even stayed as the house was spotless and exactly how we left it. Thank you so much for the lovely time! Lauren and Simon

Tom and Anne were the consummate Swappers. So easy to communicate with, helpful, accommodating and pleasant. Their home spoke eloquently of their generous spirits and good taste. Clean, well appointed and relaxing to be in. We returned home to our place in the same condition we left it. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. Bravo, Tom and Anne!

We have just returned from an extended holiday, 2 weeks of which were spent in Anne and Toms comfy family home. The whole arrangement experience was seamless with Anne and Tom. We swapped cars with them and they were happy to have some members of our family join us during that time. The house is large but cosy and their pool was heaven. Everything we needed was there for our use. The house is situated close to Kingscliff and so was an easy drive down to the creek for crystal clear water swimming and playing. Thank you Anne and Tom for sharing your home and giving us a wonderful experience of Cudgen/Kingy life. Please consider their lovely home for your own swaps.

We were very lucky to organise a swap at Anne and Tom's home in Cudgen. The house is large and well appointed with everything you need, we used two areas to work remotely for a few days whilst enjoying their beautiful pool on lunch breaks! Quiet location and very close to the beachside town of Kings Cliff. Lots of wonderful attractions a short drive away. Anne and Tom were very welcoming on our arrival and return and left our home in perfect condition. Would highly recommend a swap!

Tom and Anne have a beautiful spacious and comfortable home in the most amazing area of northern NSW. It is ideally located for all you could want on any holiday...surf beaches, hinterland hiking and villages, markets, restaurants or best of all just relaxing on their front decks or swimming in the pool. We enjoyed meeting Tom & Anne and would highly recommend exchanging with them.

Anne and Tom are very experienced and relaxed house swappers. We had a seamless swap experience with great communication and we all loved staying in their beautiful home. Our boys loved the table-tennis table and the pool, and we all fell in love with Tiger the toy poodle. Anne and Tom's house is only 15 minutes from the GC airport so we all flew and swapped cars. We returned home to a spotless apartment and we would highly recommend Anne and Tom to anyone interested in a swap - we have already discussed another one ourselves.
Richard and Kirsty from Mosman NSW (Apr 2021)
Anne and Tom are lovely people to organise a swap with. Their amazing home is in a beautiful part of the world - such a nice break from inner city madness. It was very refreshing for me, made even more special by their gorgeous little dog Tiger.
Larry from South Brisbane QLD (Mar 2021)
Anne and Tom have a wonderful spacious home with a view over Kingscliff. The home has all that you would need to rest and recuperate, with a beautiful private pool area and numerous places to flop with a book. We hardly left the premises. Thanks Anne and Tom

If you haven't visited this beautiful area please put it on your list. Gorgeous beaches, lovely countryside and so many amazing boutique establishments for foodies. Anne & Tom's wonderful home is perfectly located to explore, yet on a quiet street to come home to. We loved their home - spacious, welcoming and lots of little nooks to sit and read or have a cuppa. Would definitely recommend a stay.
Cristy from Noosa Hinterland QLD (May 2020)
We had such a lovely week at Ann and Tom's gorgeous house in Kingscliff. They are seasoned swappers and were incredibly organised with amazing house notes and ideas for things to do in the area. Their house is fantastic, with beautiful views and lots of comfortable places to sit and enjoy the sea breezes and sunshine. Lots of space, and beautifully decorated and cared for. Only 5 minute drive from the beach. We visited multiple beaches on our stay in April. There is so much to enjoy and do in the area. Would highly recommend! Thanks Ann and Tom!
Michelle from Flemington VIC (May 2019)
We have just returned from a really lovely short houseswap at Anne and Tom's very comfortable home in Cudgen, just 5 minutes drive from the beaches and restaurants of Kingscliff. The home is set high in the hill, and is very private. It is roomy inside and outside is a very large verandah with expansive views. Tiger, the toy poodle, is very well behaved, and a character who kept us entertained with his antics. We can highly recommend this swap. Anne & Tom were so easy going and helpful, which made it all so much easier to arrange. 10 out of 10 for this swap.
