Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Warriewood, Sydney Northern Beaches , NSW
We are a family of four - mum, dad and our two children aged 5 and 11. We enjoy nature in all its forms. Dad love to go camping both with the children and on his own. Mum loves hiking and exploring wilderness, swimming in the creeks and waterfalls. Our children are used to go on long hikes and grew to love the experience and rewards it brings. Keira our 11 year old is an artist and a bookworm all in one. She plays piano and looks after her little brother. She also loves to bake. Vania our little boy loves animals and can't go past a dog without patting it. He loves chickens and sometimes says he is a chicken too. He collects all the seeds and berries fallen from trees on our walks with him. He loves building with Lego and follows his sister everywhere. We opened the doors of our home in the past when we were part of couch surfing community for many years. We used the platform to host people from different parts of the world as well as explore the world ourselves staying at different people's houses. It has been an amazing experience and opened our hearts and minds to new possibilities and the beauty of this world. We would like to welcome you to our home and our neighbourhood while we enjoy visiting other parts of Australia.

Our house is a spacious three bedroom plus study townhome in a quiet neighbourhood next to a park and a large playground, walking distance to a grocery shop and a cafe. A bit further away is a big shopping centre with everything you may need. There is also a reserve with a pond, eels, turtles, many birds to spot, wallabies and other wildlife. On the other side of the reserve is a walking track that leads to a waterfall and up the escarpment to large rocks and caves. The beaches are a 20 min bike ride all along bike paths or a 7 mins drive away.
We have two adult bikes and two kids bikes that you are welcome to use. Narrabeen lake is also a 20 mins bike ride and you can hire a kayak or a SUP there and explore. We also have one kids kayak that you are welcome to use.

There is 1 endorsement for this house swap member:
Everything that Yulia said in her endorsement I could say the same! This was our first swap and if this is the standard and etiquette of Aussie House Swaps then we couldn't be happier! It gives us confidence moving forward with future swaps. Yulia's house was spotless and we felt right at home. We had common interests and felt the exchange was meaningful. We both kept in contact throughout the exchange offering each other local tips and felt connected. I highly recommend Julia for future swaps, and would find the experience at her place hard to beat.
