Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Ocean Shores, Byron, NSW
My partner and I are in our late 40s, health conscious, respectful and considerate. I have a well behaved 14 year old son who is in my care part time, and so sometimes accompanies us on holidays. We all enjoy spending time in nature, dining out, going to the theatre, and live music. We don't smoke or drink, and prefer a mostly vegetarian diet, and generally are fairly quiet and in bed early. I am a qualified high school teacher and was a social worker with foster children for many years, and Astro is a music producer. We currently do vintage sales so don't be surprised if the furnishings are slightly different when you arrive as we like to mix things up! We have no pets, and prefer not to have pets in our home due to the carpet.

Called the "movie star mansion" by friends, this spacious home features ocean views, a swimming pool, a chesterfield bar, snooker table, funky retro tiles, quality vintage furniture and fluffy carpet. It has three living areas, with the main one air-conditioned, a back deck with swimming pool, plus a front yard with fire pit and veggie garden. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, however we prefer to keep the main bedroom and ensuite private, so only 2 bedrooms (Queen & Double beds) and 1 bathroom with relaxing bath, separate shower and separate toilet are accessible.

We had a wonderful time staying at Fiona’s house in Ocean Shores. The house is very comfortable, with fantastic sea views and a great pool. Ocean Shores is a lovely spot with a stunning beach and well located to visit the many other stunning nearby towns. Fiona was a pleasure to deal with at every step of the process. She stayed in touch with us frequently and did a great job looking after both our cat and our house. We had a great time at Fiona's place. Plenty of room and a beautiful new pool with ocean views. Ocean Shores has its own beaches and it was only a 5 minute drive to beautiful Brunswick Heads and 20 minutes to Byron.
