We are an active family who love running, competing in triathlon and enjoying outdoor activities. Siobhan is an inclusion teacher and Pat works as a carpenter. We are ideally looking for a swap over Christmas and New Years 2022. Open to offers!

Located in beautiful Mount Coolum, on the Sunshine Coast, we are set within Kula Beach Shacks in The Boardwalk Estate.
The property includes three bedrooms (king, single bunk bed and single beds x2), two upstairs bathrooms and a downstairs powder room. The king bed room has an ensuite. The open plan kitchen, dining and living opens up onto an outdoor undercover area, with daybed and sitting chairs.
A 20m lap pool with large shallow ledge for children to play on awaits you. This pool is shared amongst the complex. Onsite managers clean this pool on a daily basis.
The house is well suited to young children with a basketball ring, outdoor playground and plenty of toys and games on offer. There are also a couple of playgrounds within walking distance.
The nearest beach access is 200m and a flat stroll away.
The Messy Hen, Waiting for Hueys and Curley's on the Boardwalk (cafes) are all within 200m. The Messy hen is my pick for coffee!!
The nearest supermarket is Mount Coolum IGA (500m) away. There is also take away/cafes/pharmacy there.
