House Swap with us

We're a friendly family of six and a very-chilled 8 year old kelpie Bill. We love the beach and vintage shopping, walks and theatre/exhibitions/eating out. Mike's a project management consultant and I'm Christine - a content writer. The girls are 16 to 26 so don't always holiday with us but we love it when they do (occasionally with boyfriends too). Looking forward to trying house swap!

The House

Modern renovation - 12 minute walk to famous Manly Beach. Open plan, comfortable and airy in summer. Wifi and smart TV, Aircon if needed. Everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay including snorkeling gear for a few of you and some other beach gear. Small inground pool. Off street parking and all day parking on street.

The things we love about living here

Everything is close by - we live in a great little village area above Manly Beach called Fairlight. Shops are 500 metres from the door and include 4 cafes and an Italian restaurant, grocer, chemist etc. Then down the hill is both Fairlight and Manly beaches with hundreds of restaurants/cafes/shops, and the ferry is also a 12 min walk from the house. Bus is at top of our street. A great beach holiday awaits the swappers!!
