Light and airy on top of one of our famous 'Mounts' here in Albany.
Lovely views from the huge balcony!
The house has a bedroom which can sleep 2 people in single beds, and a master bedroom with King size bed and en suite shower room. (plenty room in here for an extra bed)
There is a main house bathroom plus an extra toilet.
The kitchen, dining and lounge room are open plan and spacious.
I am a lover of batterie de cuisine, so the kitchen has pretty much everything you would want in it!
Outside there is a large lawn to the back of the house (plenty room for the children to play),and enclosed by a gate.
No shortage of parking places to the front of the house.
The area is peaceful and just a stones throw (5 mins drive) from the main town with all it's little shops, cafes, restaurants and art galleries.
Behind us, are lovely country walks over the top of Mt Melville.
We love it here, and we know you will too!

Albany is a gem! Here we have vibrant farmer's markets at the weekends, a healthy community vibe, a strong cafe and restaurant scene, along with a diverse cultural and arts presence.
We are famous for the whales, which grace us with a migratory visit between May to October, and a whale watching trip is a must if you are here in those months.
The beaches ,wineries, walking and hiking tracks, and the stunning scenery, are all world class.
In fact, it was the scenery which won our hearts enough for us to make the move to live here permanently - that and the lovely standard of living.
We have two sets of mountain ranges within easy distance. They offer wonderful exploration opportunities, and with artsy Denmark only 30 minutes drive away, our surroundings are rich in topography & diversity.
There is always something going on in Albany, it is interesting, beautiful, historic and different. We love it!
