Three bedrooms all with views two queen size and one king single bed.
Car parking under house. Deck with barbeque lounging and eating area. Vege patch and easy access to lake.
Updated kitchen, timber floors and deck around house.
Close to lake, surf and golf course. Tennis courts 10 minute drive. Bowling Club a few minutes drive. Yoga classes nearby.
Best surfing beaches within 5 to 20 minutes drive.
Walk to beach 1 hour through bush or around the lake.
Boat hire with motor boats or sailing at the local cafe on the lake minutes away.
Local shops 5 minutes walk to butchers, general store, hairdressers and bakery. Cafe on the lake and at the local shops.
Two local clubs and a resort for dining.
Use of 2 kayaks, bike, surfboard, bodyboards with flippers and some gym equipment.

The things we love about living here

Healthy lifestyle in a tranquil area.
Exercise walking around the lake or just relaxing on the back deck. Experience local birds early morning on the front deck.
Beautiful uncrowded beaches close by making it an experience to remember.
