My husband, Peter, and I are a professional couple and live with our 18 year old son, the youngest of our 8 children. I'm a sociologist and Social Justice advocate and Peter is a Project Manager. We've loved travelling to Europe twice and most recently, Uluru. We both stay fit with time in the gym, walking, swimming, and sailing on our stunning harbour. Improving the lives of others is our main aim and we've raised our children to be compassionate, caring individuals.

The House

SPEND XMAS AND NEW YEAR IN SYDNEY!!

We are a professional couple living with our 18 year old son in a very bright, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment (with full air-con and 4 balconies) in St Leonards, Sydney. We also have a gym, pool and sauna in our complex.

We're looking to swap with a suitable property in Brisbane (within about 5km of CBD) from the 22nd Dec 2024 to 11th Jan 2025.

The things we love about living here

There is a terrific gym with a great range of equipment in the complex, along with a sauna, pool and spa - great to stay fit and relax - open from 5am to 11pm every day.
We love being only 3 km from Sydney's CBD and a mere 200 metres walk to the St. Leonards north shore line train station. We're also just 500 metres to the new Metro line which takes you to Barangaroo, Darling Harbour and the City CBD in less than 10 mins!
We are blessed with Sydney's beaches and harbour and often take a ferry trip from Circular Quay to Manly. There are many buses leaving nearby (5 min walk) that take you directly anywhere, from Balmoral to Palm Beach, or to Sydney's south, east and west!
All major supermarkets are a 5 min walk away and across the road is Royal North Shore hospital.
Suffice to say, we live in a super convenient location!
